The NeuroNanotech Doctoral Network has just launched its second training programme, this time taking place online and focusing on “Neuroscience and Neurological Disorders.”

Over the course of the training, doctoral researchers will explore a diverse range of topics spanning neuroscience, nanotechnology, neurological disorders, research skills, and career development. The programme features talks and courses on:

  • How to model neural activity and neural signals
  • Oral Presentation Skills
  • Basics of nanoscience and nanotechnology
  • 3D Organoid Culture & Synthetic Matrices
  • Neurological Disorders at a Glance
  • MSCA Doctoral Fellow: What happens next?
  • Molecular insights into sex differences in neuronal disorders
  • Metabolism in the nervous system: Interplay between neurons and glia

Additionally, the doctoral candidates will present their results to the network.

Bringing together scientific expertise and transferable skills, the training provides the NeuroNanotech Doctoral Network fellows with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge, develop essential research skills, and connect across disciplines.
